Lazy NHS Staff

84% of workers in organisations with more than 1,000 employees thought they had an underperforming colleague according to an Investors in People survey. How much 'deadwood' is there in the NHS, an organisation with over 1m employees in the UK?

The answer: it should be easier to sack people for incompetence. People who take their employers to tribunals should then not be named and shamed balancing the great employer/employee battle that socialism has (rightly in some cases) created.
