Cameron on devolution

If David Cameron, the Conservative leadership contender, believes in Scottish devolution "heart and soul", will he also allow England to have a devolved Government?

How dare he support a reduction in Scottish income tax with no similar reduction in England, Wales or Northern Ireland. Why should the English in particular receive less for their tax money whilst paying income tax at a higher rate!?!

Typically two faced - Cameron fawns over his Scottish target seats, vital to give the Conservative and Unionist party some unionistic credo.... whilst at the same time he takes his English support for granted. The arrogance of politicians never ceases to amaze me.

Alfie, On reflection, it could be good news as the English taxpayers are likely to be rankled by their Scottish cousins paying income tax at a lower rate!

I fail to see why anyone in England should support a party that adopts such a shocking party!
