How does a five year prison sentence for a bus driver who killed five people in a freak accident serve justice?
Had the driver been lucky and 'merely' injured them, would his sentence have been reduced?

A woman was on telly last week. She had just received a fine and 3 points on her licence for speeding.
Her daughter was run down and killed some time ago by an uninsured driver on a provisional licence, unaccompanied and wearing the wrong glasses meaning he could hardly see.
His punishment? A fine and 3 points on his licence.
