Chartered Institute of Housing England

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) has "quick links" for CIH Scotland, CIH Cymru (Wales), CIH Northern Ireland and even CIH Asian [sic] Pacific.

England does not merit a link.

Same as using the "Visit Britain" website link advert on the Washington Post.
You got a link to 'London', of course, and 'South-East England', but the rest of the country might not have existed as far as VisitBritain was concerned.

England has someone in charge of housing already.
There's a certain fat Welshman who says "concrete over the bloody horrible english countryside and fill it up with immigrants. Be careful to miss the bits where the gipsies have camped down, though!
Oh, and look, that house has been empty for a couple of months. The council can take it over and charge rent for it."
An Englisman's home is his castle - but never fear, Prescott will change all that!

On that last point, anonymous person, I think this is the worst part of England-bashing ever - actually damaging the "An English-man's home is his castle" adage using political meddling as the device: http://www.gavpolitics.co.uk/weblog/2005/08/property-disrespected.html

As if Tony Martin wasn't enough!
