I don't accept a breach of an ASBO is the failure of an ASBO. - Home Office minister Tony McNulty.
If each ASBO costs more than £3,000 to adminster yet 55% of all anti-social behaviour orders given out in England and Wales are breached, does this represent good value to the taxpayer?
Where breaches are reported it means that individuals are being monitored - Home Office minister Tony McNulty.
Are 45% of ASBOs not being monitored properly?
What are the "serious consequences" of breaching ASBOs if 35% of holders have breached their order five or more times!?!
