Joined Up Government?

The new Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission (CMEF) will be able to dock wages and withdraw the passports or driving licences of absent parents.

The government is set to abolish the requirement for fertility clinics to consider the need for a father when deciding whether to offer IVF treatment.
