Will English MPs support the Government's controversial Education Bill if it reduces England's subsidy to Scotland through the Barnett formula?
The Scottish National Party (SNP) may vote against the Bill, not because they agree or disagree with the reforms themselves, but because the Bill could reduce the funding of public services (to English levels!?!) north of the border!
