Did Sinn Fein councillors ever get sacked from their day jobs if their continued presence posed "a health and safety risk" to their customers or does it only apply to BNP councillors?
Is Ken Livingstone worried about the threat to democracy of sacking an elected representative of the people for his political views? "Elected politicians should only be able to be removed by the voters or for breaking the law".
