Gutted

I bet Condoleeza Rice is gutted that poet Roger McGough (whoever he is!) has pulled out of compering a gala concert (in Liverpool!) that she is due to attend.

I'm going to Liverpool tomorrow on a bit of business - I shall be extra specially impressed when some heat-carrying crew-cutted CIA moron shoves me out of the way to let the man of straw and Condee through....
