UK deportations

If asylum seekers face torture if deported back to Darfur or Sudan if they come to the UK, wouldn't it be safer if they fled to the neighbouring countries of the Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Libya or Uganda instead!?!

Nowt to do with benefits of course. Perish the racist thought. I have just hit myself over the head with a bottle for even letting it cross my mind. Take that, me!

Careful Snafu - you're asking questions that shouldn't be asked...

To ask such a question you will of course immediately be condemned as a racist knuckle dragger...

BTW - have you heard of the 'asylum seekers' who have got off the plane in the Irish Republic thinking they were in Britain. However, when they found out where they where, they refused to ask for Asylum, preferring to board a plane for London...
