The West Cardiff Question

The 'Government of Wales Bill' represents the biggest transfer of power to the Welsh Assembly since it was founded seven years ago and allow politicians in Cardiff Bay to make their own laws.

Following this legislation, should Welsh MPs be prevented from voting on English matters? Will it be long before English voters also oppose a Welsh Prime Minister!?!

I just do not understand how they have the brass neck to pilot this thing through. Peter Vain is an absolute disgrace - and all the more so as he so willingly backs and supports the apartheid system on health, education, transport and democracy in England. Especially as he made his name chucking bags of flour onto the centre court at Wimbledon to protest against South African apartheid in the early '60's....
