Tories want to come second?

How many businesses can vote in elections? So why are Tories offering tax cuts for businesses rather than individuals!?!
They seem intent on coming second at the next election!

I can well understand why they threw the 2005 election - because they could see the inevitable house price crash, credit crunch and sterling devaluation coming and didn't want them to happen on their watch - but I don't understand why they are trying to lose the next one as well. Are they useless? Or corrupt? Or just really deluded?
