Do you want other people to pay more tax so you don't have to!?!

Only Mancunians expected to pay the congestion charge should be allowed to vote!

In other words, the gummint is using taxes forcibly collected from everybody NOT living in Manchester to bribe Mancunians to voluntarily pay more taxes.

So far haven't yet seen one giving the other side of the coin - and isn't it funny how the Gov side always manage to snaffle the positive 'YES' answer....

The question should have been summat along the lines of 'Do you think the government are a load of tax and spend hoodlums who simply never get tired of ripping off motorists?'.... In which case, the answer is 'YES!'; 8:15 pm
