This is the most ridiculous time to bring in such rules, they should have done it ten years ago.
See no argument for postponing it though as if they can't actually find any work they won't be any work off. Bringing it in at the start of a depression may mean very few getting off benefits but the measure still has value in that it is marks a departure from the benefit way of thinking.
