How up-to-date are Ambulance Service records of 8,500 households with a history of "history of violence against paramedics"? Is it included in the survey when you move house!?!
How many of these households have been prosecuted for said violence!?!
They should also be aware that ambulance crews will only assist if Police are in attendance.

That's a bit too 'meta' for me.
Maybe they should have special paramedics for sink estates who are trained like wildlife vets, they take em out with tranquiliser darts and bubdle them into cages.
