If Government is determined to stop under-age smoking, why not fine the parents of those caught smoking rather than ban cigarette vending machines, packets of 10 and, unbelievably, branding and logos!?!
And under-age smoking has been common since ... er ... since smoking was invented? Possibly earlier than that. Certainly since before branding and logos were invented, that's for sure.
The government prefers to go for soft targets - as always.
To tackle the actual criminal - who is, after all, a victim of society - is just not on whereas tackling Big Business, well, that keeps Labour's restless Left placated.
