Tides of talent?

What "tide of talent" do third world countries offer the UK?

Is it morally right for third world countries to suffer by losing talented individuals to G8 countries!?!

I don't think they have too many burger bars in Africa. That seems to be the level of skills we are importing.

Plus they seem to send their money home so it does help anyway.
