How many other British passports have been given "in error" but are not discovered as the holder does not admit it in court!?!

Bag, I'm sure he knows he can buy a fake passport for about £200 anyway!
Why it these criminals know where to buy guns, drugs, passports, etc. but I have no idea where to start.
