Ghost students?

How reliable are National Audit Office figures that "one in five students starting a full-time university course in England [are] unlikely to complete it" when criminal gangs have obtained millions of pounds in student loans by enrolling "ghost students" at universities!?!

Yet another load of utter crap from a government that wanted education for all and provided a flawed loans system that only tried to cover the withdrawal of funds for student places. It isn't
difficult to see how many can't afford to go into further education at University after college but the amount of people who get support and are screwing the system is absurd.
