Union matters

"We will do nothing to put the union at risk" - Gordon Brown Prime Minister, on why Scottish MPs should continue to vote on England only matters whilst English MPs are unable to vote on Scottish health or education matters.

The union risks being split precisely because of these anomalies!

England no longer exists as far as government is concerned.

Brown repeatedly referred to it as:
The regions and the other nations that make up our country.

Even though the voters said NO to regional government, they have done it anyway.
