If free NHS treatment for failed asylum seekers means that the Government will send home 11,000 failed asylum seekers more quickly, I'm all for it!
However, when does the British electorate ever get a chance to remove judges it disagrees with!?!
Why didn't this particular Palestinian head back to the West Bank when it's border with Egypt was breached earlier this year!?!

Deportation Rights and Wrongs
If complaints from immigrants being deported could mean delays in deportation to hear the case, how many will complain!?!
"HUNDREDS of failed asylum seekers have been allowed to stay in Britain because they were so rowdy that airlines refused to take them back to their own countries." - Scotland On Sunday.

UK deportations
If asylum seekers face torture if deported back to Darfur or Sudan if they come to the UK, wouldn't it be safer if they fled to the neighbouring countries of the Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Libya or Uganda instead!?!

Passport Control?
Why bother checking passports against a database of stolen passports when you can always claim asylum instead!?!
Father-of-three Omar Altimimi was found guilty of stashing a library of terror manuals and propaganda on a computer at his semi-detached home in Bolton.
Altimimi, 37, of Lansdowne Road, came to live in Britain as an asylum seeker in 2002 and claimed £120,000 from the welfare state to support his wife and children while their case was processed.
"We will never know who Altimimi really is. He developed a range of identities which would have allowed him to expand his terrorist activities." - Det Chief Supt Porter.

Independent Asylum Commission
Any bets on the conclusions of the 'Independent Asylum Commission' trawling the UK for "first-hand accounts of dawn raids on asylum seekers" when the "panel of experts includ[es] peers, a former judge and a bishop"?

Racial stereotyping?
"The migrants that come to Slough are hard working and bring great benefit to the local economy but the council remains severely under-funded because of these poor statistics." - Cllr Richard Stokes, leader of Slough Borough Council.
Is such blatant racial stereotyping allowed!?!
Tragically, not all migrants are hard working and bring great benefit to Slough!

Undermining immigration?
Are people concerned about immigrants "undermining" the jobs market or those claiming benefits and using the NHS without having contributed first!?!
So what they worry about is people coming here illegally, people working here illegally, undermining the minimum wage, undermining the terms and conditions, safety and all of the good terms that protect workers and consumers.
[ ] We have to address that worry by making sure that immigration is effectively controlled and fair to people in this country as well as those who come here. - John Reid, Home Secretary.
Is John Reid now promising to "put British people first"!?!

Asylum seeking wisdom
Are fewer asylum seekers arriving in the UK because they face "deliberate use of inhumane treatment"?
