Government stealth steal tax?

When did it become acceptable for Government to steal money from unused bank accounts!?!

How many towns don't have a youth centre already!?!

If youths are bored over the summer, they should get summer jobs...

They can't get Summer jobs - all the Ukrainians are doing the Summer jobs.....

I read a recent comment on this subject, pointing out that there are already very successful clubs for the young already in place. The Scouting movement, Girls' Brigate etc., are present in most UK towns.

The major problem is that all these clubs pack up during the summer and winter holidays. Maybe new funding should be concentrated on existing institutions - rather than undermining tem further by creating new ones.
