Whilst so much of Conservative 'middle England' remains flooded, why hasn't David Cameron cancelled his trip to Rwanda and stayed in England to ensure the Government does all it can to help his electorate?
They will remember at election time!

He just never seems to get it right does he?
And there's Gordon Brown with his wellies this morning up to his neck in middle Englanders....
Compare and contrast how long it took for a visit from Gordon Brown to the Yorkshire floods (10 days) and Rwanda-bound Cameron's middle England back yard (1 day)....
Alfie, it's as though the Conservative High Command have been infiltrated by Labour supporters...
I'm also struck by the reporting bias. We've had two days now of non-stop on-the-spot reporting in Gloucestershire. Not a single mention of Lincolnshire.
Now perhaps the flooding there is not as bad; perhaps the people there have power and drinking water. Surely, they deserve a mention, too though?
Raymond, maybe it's because many of the chattering classes have second homes in the Cotswolds...
