No idea but I'm sure they will be ineffective and only impact on legit users.
Yes, it is. Plod will be around at 0600 tomorrow morning with a SWAT team.
It will reduce the number of blacks in prisons because the new measures will end up impacting more innocents. Which are more likely to be white.
