It said in the Metro that bankruptcy was one of the reasons they might not contest the seat. Whether they mean 'moral' or 'financial' bankruptcy is by-the-by, I suppose.
They wont contest it because they know they will lose. Money down the pan and another opportunity for smack in the face.
