Legalising racial discrimination

Why should poor white males struggle to go to University when they will be beaten at job interviews by women or ethnic minorities "to create a more balanced workforce"!?!

I dunno. Should we spend £392 million trying to find out?

I am coming around to the point of view that NuLabour are actively trying to make it socially acceptable to vote BNP.

What other explanation could there possibly be?

After all, given the choice between a bunch of racist shits who want to actively discriminate against you and yours, and a similar bunch who want to do the opposite by actively looking out for your interests, then surely it's a no-brainer to vote for the racist party that favours you rather than the one that wants to penalise you just because of the colour of your skin, something which was an accident of birth over which you (Michael Jackson excepting) have absolutely no control?

I find it strange that a balance is not actually what they want.

I understand that 10% (correct me if I'm wrong) of the workforce is from other ethnic backgrounds yet when a balance is acheeved around 25% of the workforce comes from this minority. That doesn't sound like balance to me.

just look at the DoH, and other government bodies, it must be nearer 30% who are in non jobs but the stats look good though.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch... in the real world, the part that actually pays for all this hires the best for the job and does fine. Personally I've employed many from different ethnic backgrounds, disabled and even, hangs head in shame, a labour supporter. The only one I ever had real trouble with was the labour supporter.

Wouldn't it be funny that at the next election labour not only fell behind the LimDims but the BNP.
