If Scottish Police have received the full 2.5% pay rise as agreed through arbitration, why do they need to consider strike action!?!

APL, that's a fair point. I was wondering why Scottish Police would need to consider the right to strike when they have received their pay rise in full!!
It appears that the Police Federation are slow to adapt to the political realities of a Scottish Parliament...
