Police pay rises please?

Do Police forces in England and Wales deserve higher pay rises when they can track down Welsh rugby international star Gavin Henson and arrest someone who walks into a Police station but ignore 2m other crimes!?!

I'd be delighted if it were only four-in-ten crimes that were screened out, I thought it was more like nine-in-ten.

Mark, the Police knew who stole my car but didn't bother to prosecute the individual concerned.

My car radio was stolen last year and the Police helpfully suggested that I should get in touch with them if I knew who stole it, otherwise the case was opened and closed in the same letter...

So in my case, it's ten in ten crimes!

But you'll still call them if you're in serious trouble won't you - and you'll expect them to come running. Slightly hypocritical?

Anonymous, I have no expectation that they would come running anymore unless I upset the politically correct brigade.
