Health priorities?

Up to 50 children aged under two in Wales and England die from pneumococcal infections each year.

Does England offer every child up to the age of two the pneumococcal disease vaccine or will it only be available for Welsh children?

Now that IS a tough one, and no mistake...
Hmmmmm, after much thought, I reckon the English GPs will stick to their tried and tested method of a more cost effective option - the one where they cross their fingers and hope for the best......
