Benefits of prison?

How did prisoners receive £13m of jobseekers allowance and other benefits over the last three years when they should only qualify for payments by signing in every other week!?!

Well they meant to sign in! And in any case it's wrong to discriminate, and research shows 100% subsequently signed on for the Quakers. All were NuLab voters.

A competent government would be able to identify and sack the culpable parties.
