Wonko recently highlighted the case of a cancer sufferer in England who was being denied treatment that is readily available in Scotland.
Is this the sort of treatment that the Department of Health should fund for treatment 'abroad' if it is not available in England!?!
To date, patients have only been treated abroad on the NHS if the treatment is not available in England or if they would have to face an extraordinar[il]y long wait.
