English school reform

Will Scottish and Welsh Labour MPs be abstaining from the UK government's plans to make English state schools more independent?

As the proposals will not financially impact either Scotland or Wales, why should they be allowed to vote on the proposals?

Hmmmmmm,
Let me just consider that question for a while....

No, I think they will, in fact, vote on ALL legislation pertaining to England.
WHY?
Because they always f*cking have, so why break the habit of a very comfy lifestyle.... AND because they are a load of no talent, nosey bastards with absolutely no concept of democracy...

Oh, and they also give a pretty fantastic impression of a herd of sheep on their way to the slaughterhouse....
