Policing the Police?

How do Police ensure their vans are not used unofficially!?!

The same way my firm does. It is a sackable offence. The driver is driving uninsured which is itself an offence. He has taken the vehicle without the owner's permission which is an offence.

So criminal activity in the "Service" who'd a thunk it.
