Why are so few poor people concerned that the "relationship between low qualifications and low income is stronger in the UK than anywhere except the United States."? Would they be more concerned if the welfare state was less generous!?!
Does this prove that the UK is a meritocracy where hard work is rewarded and idleness is punished!?!
