Recession - the upside?
If a recession will "Increase [ ] public hostility to migrants" and "there is evidence that grievances based on experiencing racism are one of the factors that can lead to people becoming terrorists", will the Home Office seek to reduce the number of immigrants or increase funding of "community cohesion" programmes!?!

Neither. It will just pay for lots of expensive TV advertising reminding employers that they can't employ illegal immigrants. I'm still at a loss to see how that will help anything.
If experiencing racism makes you a terrorist why are there not a lot of english terrorists?
