If parents are too irresponsible to study or to work and rely on the welfare state to fund their lifestyles, why should society be shocked when their children are also irresponsible?
Why expect anything else!?! The parents have no responsibilities to teach in the first place!
The taxpayer funds these social ills and is then expected to fund the solutions too!
It's double taxation!
