Liberals "still out of touch with reality"

If Liberal Democrat leader Sir Menzies Campbell really believes that the Conservatives are "still right wing", he needs to get out more!

I think ‘right wing’ is just a meaningless insult used in mud slinging to try to taint someones reputation and to gain the moral high ground. Its real meaning is little understood, in much the same way as the insult ‘racist’; using it is just a cheap and easy way for the lazy-minded to feel superior.

HSBguzzler, I got the impression the BBC just enjoyed the opportunity of 'tainting' the Conservative party with the 'right wing' tag.
