How many of the deaths are caused by teenagers driving 'old bangers' rather than 5 star ENCAP rated vehicles?

But has the size of the age-group increased? If so, the natural conclusion might be that a larger proportion are driving without licences. What proportion of the dead had a licence? This figure must be be known.
