Birth pains?

How many NHS negligence claims are made by foreign-born mothers!?! Does the NHS check they have a right to use NHS services before making a negligence claim!?!

"More than half of the total payouts are for maternity-related cases."

"When Labour came to power, the NHS spent around £1bn a year on maternity services, with one baby in eight delivered to a foreign-born mother. Ten years on, spending has risen to £1.6bn, with almost one baby in four delivered to a mother born overseas."

I think that "negligence" is more what caused the "mother" to need maternity services in the first place.

Eugenics - it can be practised locally and individually, provided that "Hello" is not synonymous with "Howozzit4U?"

You have to pass a test and hold a licence to drive a chuffing Nissan Micra. With six and a half thousand million of us on the planet isn't it time you needed to pass a test (set by me, as Supreme Ruler, naturally) and hold a valid licence in order to breed?

... Tucks hand back inside waistcoat and wanders off stage left to re-invade Corsica.

p.s., I'm actually serious. About the licences, not about Corsica.
