If schools are a "ticking time bomb" of racial segragation, is the solution to reduce immigration levels?
At primary level, 21.9% of pupils are from ethnic minorities, up from 20.6% last year. In secondary schools, the figure is 17.7%, up from 16.8% in 2006.

That sort of joined up logic has never applied.
Only in our liberal minds can we think that adding more explosive to a pile with a running fuse makes sense.
