Holocaust trips

If "Every young person should have an understanding of [the Holocaust]" according to Schools Minister Jim Knight, why is the Government only funding visits to Auschwitz for two sixth-formers from every school in England!?!

This could be extended to a world massacre tour. Visit the late kulaks, the unfortunate middle class reforms of china, pol pot etc .
