Looking back in anger?

If £486m of Manchester City Council funding is not spent according to the wishes of one phone call, six letters and twenty-one emails following a month long 'consultation', will mancunians be right to have ignored it!?!

The only way to show that their inputsare valuable is to publish the results and then spend the money according to the results.

That would make the responses perk up the next year.
