Dear Gordon,

I have decided to end road bridge tolls in Scotland. Now, I know this will cost a few bob I and know we don't have any money to pay for it - so can you do us a favour and send us a cheque to cover it?

A few hundred million should do the trick.

Are you even aware how Brown ignores Alex Salmond, how he snubs our leader.

Are you aware of how much we contribute to the union? Even though we're all sitting on our fat arses eating fried mars bars up here paid for by yous. We have oil revenue.

PS Brown is right to snub socialist Salmond. I'm happy for Scotland to destroy itself by embracing socialism, England never has!
