Would Patrick Mercer be guilty of racism if he saw evidence that "a lot" of "idle and useless" ethnic minority soldiers used racism as a "cover" in the army but chose not to report it as it portrayed ethnic minority soldiers in a bad light!?!
Does the use of racism as a "cover" explain why it took thirty years to discover that Gene Morrison was a bogus forensic psychologist!?! Who challenged him!?!
