Why are Pakistani, Bangladeshi and black Caribbean women absent from 3 out of 10 workplaces in areas where they are a significant part of the workforce but not Indian women?
Are ethnic minority women excluded from the workforce or do they prefer to remain at home raising their children rather than trust someone else to do it for them!?!
