Shame on them!

If "Annie Lennox, Alexei Sayle, Ken Livingstone, Bianca Jagger and George Galloway" are condemning Israel's retaliatory strikes on Hamas, Israel must be doing the right thing QED!

PS I must have been out when they were condemning Hamas rocket attacks on Israel!

PPS Should these "celebrities" really be rubbing shoulders with Mohammed Sawalha, President of the British Muslim Initative who allegedly “master minded much of Hamas’ political and military strategy” and in London “is alleged to have directed funds, both for Hamas’ armed wing, and for spreading its missionary dawah”? Hattip: Harry's Place.

Celebs with more money than sense ought to stay out of politics. They probably think it's a cool thing to do. Gives a bit of meaning to their empty lives.

Hang about here.

Bianca Jagger is still surprisingly fit - and has been campaigning for one thing or another since she first became famous.

The rest of 'em can go to Hell, obviously.

Mark, I thought we were having a serious discussion here not reducing it to how attractive you find Miss Jaggar.

Shame on you.

The reason they didnt report about the Hamas attacks on Israel is because it isn't a new story; Hamas have been shelling Israel for years. The new story however is the reckless bombing by Israel which is serving no good, and is a deadly combination of domestic grandstanding (Lvini looking tough) and misguided logic that somehow a load of bombs and missiles can defeat an insurgent-like group such as Hamas. Thats why its making the news. Yes innocent Israelis are dying, but nowhere near as many innocent people as are being killed in the Gaza strip.

Missile attacks are down by 70%, so Israels defence forces are doing a good job and Israel is defeating Hamas.
