NHS rationing

When will rationing of NHS treatments be extended to foreign nationals treated on the NHS?

It is not right that foreign nationals should receive free treatments if they are not entitled to it.

bkktEarlier this year Ponti the Italian Eu member accepted a law under the little known about to the citizens on UK or Europe The EU/Arab dialogue.
An agreement giving the rights of muslims to enter this country and receive NHS treatment.
Also the right to our GPs giving them preferencial attention example seen at once rather than queue.
Doctors will be prosecuted if they fail this duty!
