Are anti-smoking warnings on cigarette packs being dumbed down on the assumption that fewer smokers can read these days!?!The Institute of Directors said its members were "crying out for improvement" in basic skills.
Does smoking improve your lungs if you are Arabic and happen to read from right to left!?!
