Risky business?

What percentage of the teenagers given £10 loans to start a "social enterprise" will merely invest the funds in fast food or alcohol?

Should they follow the example of "Risky Business" and start a brothel?

My name is Joel Goodson. I deal in Human Fulfillment. I grossed over $8000 in one night. Time of your life, huh kid.

What can you do with a tenner? I'll give my kids a £100. That should make certain their success. But it still won't be enough. Jeez, it will cost more to get a bank account started.

Am I missing the point for this?

Bags, you aren't missing the point at all! However, I'd rather waste £10 per teenager on some stupid idea dreamt up by a 'marketing guru' than £100 per teenager!

More distrbingly, it appears that this £10 investment could only be the first of many!
