Drug vouchers?

When will I qualify for shopping vouchers if I don't speed!?!

PS Will drug dealers accept the vouchers as payment for their next fix!?!

Hey Snafu - If you want some vouchers, I've got some old Green Shield Stamps down the back of the sofa you can have. (Should be at least enough to buy that 1974 gilt finished fondue set with matching place mats that you've always wanted :-)
